Heavy Duty Cleaner & Stripper is safe for use on all hard surfaces including ceramic, porcelain, quarry and natural stone. Dilute 1 part Heavy Duty Cleaner & Stripper with up to 15 parts clean water for light cleaning and degreasing and with up to 4 parts water for coating and seal removal. Use this product before using Tile & Grout Restorer as directed to aid in the removal of efflorescence, grout haze and dried out grout residue. Apply diluted solution with a clean mop, sponge or sprayer and let dwell for at least 15 minutes. Do not overspray on surfaces not to be cleaned. Agitate with a scrub brush, mop, or floor machine as needed. Rinse well with clean water using a turbo, sponge, wet/dry vacuum or damp mop. Coverage of Heavy Duty Cleaner & Stripper will deep clean up to 4000 sq. ft. per gallon of concentrate when used as directed. |

Tile & Grout Restorer does not contain harsh or hazardous acids, yet is still an acidic cleaner. Use this product after Heavy Duty Cleaner & Stripper to remove any grease, oil or previous sealers. Mask off and protect surrounding acid sensitive surfaces such as metal, marble, travertine or limestone. Restorer will etch or corrode these surfaces. Tile & Grout Restorer with up to 7 parts clean water. Apply mixed solution with a clean mop, sponge or sprayer. Do not overspray on surfaces not to be cleaned. Allow solution to dwell on surface for up to 5 minutes. Agitate with a scrub brush or floor machine as needed. Rinse well using clean water with a Turbo, sponge, wet/dry vacuum or damp mop. Neutralize surface with one cup ammonia mixed with one gallon of water before sealing. Not recommended for acid sensitive stones such as polished marble/travertine or limestone. Tile & Grout Restorer will clean and restore up to 2000 sq. ft. per gallon of concentrate when used as directed. |
